You won't even get past 5* with that team, since you need 5 5*, 5 6*, and 5 7* respectively. And your Zeb is only 3*. Not to mention your gear and character levels are all way too low. Consensus seems to be 7*/85/G10 across the board to get 7*.
G10? Don't think that's right. G8 is supposed to be doable with good mods and all uniques omega'd.
This is what I used. Ended up having to use best mods but doable at gear VIII if you plan your attacks and don't just hit auto. Couldn't have done it without Zeb though, daze and stun is essential at the lower gear levels.
I'd personally drop Sabine. The essentials are Hera, Ezra, Kanan, and Zeb. That leaves a choice between Chopper and Sabine, and health regeneration and the extra taunt make Chopper a better choice in my opinion.
Op, your team is good for 5 star thrawn as of now. Can't tell if you can get to 6 syar, and for 7 star I can safely say that you can't, at least without using hack.

Zeb is essential. He gives your team a good way to stun enemies, and you will need to stun Thrawn to win.

It's a good rule of thumb that 7 star needs
all 5 dot mods, sensible primaries and +50 speed on everyone, gear 8 and a few abilities omegaed
You can push to gear ix to do it with worse mods and less omegas.
