Seriously though, T7 was brutal enough with Bossk and Dengar. I can only imagine how it would be with no tank, no stealth-prevention and three squishy attackers.
Been a while since ive posted any complaints but this is the most overtuned garbage in the game.. it requires very little skill or strategy or even excessive gear but simply that the rng dominos fall in your favor and it gets old fast.. big shout out for dropping the insidious intro though!
400%+ potency under Boba lead.
220+ speed on each. 0 for 100.
Zam leader 0 for 3. IG88 0 for 2.
Lowered speed and potency in order to raise tenacity. Got stunned more.
Firstly. Get Dengar seven star then GG.
Bossk is not needed at all. Can EASY be done without Bossk (In fact, I took like five tries without Bossk) But Dengar is a requirement, was easy to get Dengar up to seven star between the events. Every guide says you need him to get stealth to prevent their stealth.
you have the potency, too much speed though. Crit avoidance arrows means noone dies.
(obviously don't place on Dengar)
Seriously, I beat the event with a G9 Dengar and a G10 Zam and 2 G11 BH with no zeta's. A good mod selection and the right toons which you almost have minus Dengar, and you could do it with much less gear.
No. I've got plenty of great mods. I just apparently need Dengar for the "Dengar Chewbacca event"
Instead of dedicating time daily to this game gonna split between Project Zomboid and Fire Pro Wrestling World, possibly some Darkest Dungeon which is actually challenging AND rewarding.
This is no different to any other character event in the game.
You cant turn up with just any five toons and expect to get the character.
It's sure frustrating if you don't have dengar or bossk but this isn't the first run of the event and unless you have any of the newer bounty hunters like jango, embo and aurra ready then the only strategy really is to go with bossk and dengar. Or an outside chance with boba led hunters with dengar.
I'm assuming you actually have unlocked chewie with the bounty hunters you have, just not at 7 star?
Thats certainly a better outcome than attemtping the palpatine event with pao, bodhi, lobot, hoth scout and hoth soldier. And you wouldn't expect to complete that event with just any five rebels toons, would you?
Of the people (like me) that got 7* on my Arena Shard or Guild they all had at least 2 of Boba, Dengar, Bossk. Nearly all of them (including me) avoided IG88 as his AOE kills him
This wasn’t “new” info - there were numerous guides on here and youtube from the event last time....which I failed on.
The OP tried to do the event with the “squishiest” BH, who’s best ability gets him killed on a counter attack (AOE...) without a taunting tank to protect him. Plus he only has one of Boba, Dengar and Bossk.
p.s. I’m sure people have done it with IG88 or only 1 of the “trinity” I mentioned above but that’s not really going to help most people

EDIT: Or Bossk. No wonder. Try again next time around and farm them up in the meantime.

Don't leave it as a "Bounty Hunter" event.
Guildmate has Dengar G12 and Zeta, Boba G12 and Zeta and everyone else g11.

This will NOT happen in t7.. t5 was difficult in comparison to similar unlocks but t7 is more difficult than hsr day 1

Nope. Having art on an event is not the same ballpark.
If it is a Bounty Hunter event, you should be able to succeed with multiple Bounty Hunter team compositions. Not exactly 1 and random luck.
It's like people ignored all the thread talking about how important dengar was and how bossk made the event much easier.
Time for new mods more likely.

You can tell by the multiples of the same thread topic no one reads threads they don’t create.
