I can't seem to figure out where to initiate and work feedback/bug tickets via a form anymore. Everything I select seems to want me to wait an hour to chat or 2 hours for a phone call. Neither of those options are appealing. What am I missing? I put a bug into Answers HQ no one responds except other players saying "yeah me too!"

It is possible that you may not be able to open an email ticket with the options you have selected.
