Am I the only one that is not happy with lack of communication from CG and what is happening to Galactic Conquest. The post when GC was taken down stated it would restart this week. It’s now Wed and not a word. Just a quick post would be nice. Even if things are still being worked out, a simple post stating you are working on it and will let us know more when everything is figured out. This is a multi million dollar game, customer service should be top priority.
I just feel when you mess up as they did(cause lets be honest this was a known issue and their fix should have been tested prior to the event coming out) you need to go above and beyond to fix the wrong. If I made a mistake and it affected people on a Friday, by Monday I would be letting them know what I am doing to correct the situation. But then I don’t have the Star War content backing me

They did all of this. They didnt come back and repeat themselves again this week, but it doesnt change the fact that they let us know what was going on and the plan.
They stated the problem on Friday and gave compensation, but part of communication is keeping us in the loop on how the problem is being solved. A post explaining what is going would be nice Hourly updates not needed, but after almost 5 days I would expect them

2 days. Problem identified on Friday and Conquest shut down, then the weekend. They'll only have been in the office for a couple of hours today.

Would you change your Wednesday and Thursday plans if you knew it was launching Friday?
