What debuff puts a skull above your toons head

Probably just a new icon for Shatterpoint. No indication that the stats have changed with Shatterpoint, but it could be a stealth modification.

Shatterpoint only exists in the tank challenge, and, as others have said, it is a "marked for death" debuff.

Dispel, taunts, or stun him till it wears off.

I definitely had a red skull also during the tank challenge. Been playing since December and have never seen it before. What gives?
