I have 218 shards for a 6 star gear 8 cad bane and I wish I could take it all back. Total waste. I got more shards for him when buying chromium than anyone else. And I'm very scoundrel heavy (Nute Greedo Lando). He's only used in the challenge and a last resort in GW and raids. He's just too squishy, basic really sucks, and way too slow.
Yes he had a great stun against Jedi. If QGJ lead Jedi team faces him, he won't get his turn due to horrid speed ( unless he leads and evades for TM bonus) and low health so who cares if he special is "good".

I got more shards for him than anyone else, too. I haven't bothered promoting him past four stars as I don't have the credits, though I can see he may be some use against the guards in phase 1 of raids. As soon as I get enough credits I'll promote him up and give it a try.
And that evasion? Pair with Greedo and phase 4 he wont be touched.
Yup. Greedo and Boba. Any time someone dies on your squad Cad will get Boba 30% evasion for 3 turns. And he'll have Greedo at 30% half the time he shoots. Useless they say lol
