    Just checked. Also did not receive the bonus currency this morning. This is now not cool. My guild is getting the rewards and I am not. I have gone from my truly satisfied to entirely unhappy at this point. This needs to be addressed. Now.

    No shards yet and now no guild tokens either. Similar non useful response from CS too. Very worried about TB rewards overall.

    Im getting sick of this crap. No shards, no tokens, Wake up EA. I submitted a ticket and got a daft canned response not even related to leia shards, I cant add to my previous two tickets being the only option for support is a call but they only call the US and Canada. Im in Australia. The amount of money Ive pumped into this game? Unreal that they are this daft they cant even actually read my ticket in the first place. If my TB rewards dont show up at the end, Im done.

    Yeah this is awful! Over 24 hours and not even got a response to my EA ticket & no tokens either from the last wave

    I sent my ticket on sunday, just before midnight.
    Received the answer today, at 11am.

    So barely 1,5 day to get an answer. Pretty ok.

    If I don't get the rewards at the end of Territory Battles I am going to become a furious customer. I am obviously not the only one with this issue and customer support doesn't seem to have a clue what the issue is. At this point crystals will not make up for what I am missing. I CANNOT purchase what I did not receive with crystals. @CG_RyDiggs

    Ok so I got to talk to a human in CS. They were as helpful as they could be, but didnt have a fix. They are aware of the issue but do not have a time when it will be fixed by. Their advice was to wait and see. I understand they can't tell me when it will be fixed, but this isn't a fun position to be in.

    Thanks for the update. Better than nothing but still doesn't give me a warm feeling that I will ever receive the 1 ROLO shard or 300 bonus currency I was supposed to receive or that I will even get anything from TB at all this time around.

    Commenting as I have also not received either the 5 ROLO shards or 320 GE Tokens my guild was awarded. Really hoping this is solved before the final reward is given out.

    Same here. No ROLO shards and no currency from either mission, and I actually completed both of these missions myself. My name shows up on the mail that my other guildmates received and everything. As far as I know I am the only person in my guild that this happened to.

    I received the same email about the requirements and the person couldn't understand that it wasn't about the requirements, but the rewards. I've now missed out on the cls mission rewards as well even though I completed the mission. 300 crystals would not be an appropriate resolution in my opinion, but the rewards we as a guild earned would.

    Got another email that they know about the issue and will do their best to send the rewards to my inbox. This makes me feels slightly better that they are trying and not insulting with few hundred crystals

    Have submitted tickets, and reported bug on here all with no help. So far haven't received ROLO shards or the special currency

    Just have received the following answer from ticket support:

    Having gone through your email, you didn't receive the rewards after completing the territory battle event.

    I would like to thank you for reporting this issue to us. We have heard of such issues from other players as well where players are not getting rewards after completing the event.

    Our team is working diligently to resolve the issue for all the affected players. Once the issue will be resolved you will be get the missing rewards into your account.

    We highly appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day.

    So no need to create a ticket guys, just wait :-/

    I got two pretty standard unhelpful responses from ea support so far. Restart app etc. stuff I have clearly tried dozen times before contacting support.
    @CG_RyDiggs please help us. We all worked hard for those rolo shards and we well deserved them

    Our guys got the same unhelpful response.

    @CG_RyDiggs As for the tokens, We received them but I think we were shorted. We had 34/50 attempt the mission and only received 180 tokens. Some of our members said they completed the mission but did not get on the list of the reward contributions.

    Edit: looks like there were also a few in my guild that did not receive ROLO shards OR tokens....

    Regarding the case, I need to inform you the content of the packs are totally random in nature and are decided by the server. I also need to inform you that it's not possible to manually decide the contents of the packs.

    Someone doesn't understand the game :/
