Raids: We have both heroic raids on farm. 24 hour 0 damage rule on both to let all members get rewards. Currently launch and open damage time is at 9:30pm est, but subject to change (latest it will ever be, could be as early as 6:30pm est)
HRR - lasts about 20-30 minutes once opened to damage. Typically launch 3x a week. Anyone with 7* Han is asked to complete a single phase to allow others to get more shards.
HAAT - lasts about an hour to 1.5 hours. Typically launch 2x a week.
TB: We got 31 stars on last DS TB and 32 stars on LS TB. Big push for DS toons recently and hoping this TB pushes us to 33+ on the current event.
1. Participate in all phases. We coordinate how many toons we have among the guild to know where to assign toons in platoons for maximal benefits.
2. We coordinate to max out the points by blocking portions off. We slowly open them based on completion. It is NOT a free for all. You are expected to complete battles within the first 8-10 hours

2. We are very coordinated. Expectations are 40 defensive banners and 20 offensive banners
Tickets - it is expected that you strive for 600 daily tickets. Life does happen and we understand, but that is the goal. The absolute minimum is a weekly avg of 500.
Line: we use the Line app for communication purposes. We have different groups for each area of the game. You are only required to join one group, the rest are optional.
We enforce all rules. There is a 3 strike policy in place for each month. If you get 3 strikes, you will be asked (forced) to leave the guild
Strikes:
Miss a TB phase (battle or deployment)
Miss a TW
Fail to earn at least 500 weekly avg tickets
Totally miss a raid (didn't do 0 damage)
Ultimately communication is key. Real life stuff happens and we understand. Inform an officer if you expect to be offline and we will work with you.

3. Territory Battles -- As of now, there are no requirements for territory battles as long as you participate and follow whichever strategy we announce in our Telegram Announcement channel. Last territory battle ended with 33 stars, and we hoping that new members are interested in helping us achieve more stars
4. Territory Wars -- We have achieved incredible success in territory wars, with a record of 8-2 over our last 10 wars. We hope that new members be willing to participate and help us continue this track record of success

We are also rotating rankings to allow those without 7 stars Raid Han to earn their shards faster. Normal AAT no restrictions. We are gearing towards HAAT but we need stronger players and more coordination. Previously was able to reach P3 of HAAT.
Territorial Battles: We are getting about 18 stars each in LS/DS Territorial Battles.
Territorial Wars: We have a very high success rate of winning in TW. Having lost twice so far. We have a relative good coordination in TW.

Join IRON, an active but low-key guild getting pretty close to beating HAAT, and we'd love your help. We've recruited some mercs for a couple of HAAT rounds and we handle P1 and P4 fine, and we can do P2 but less easily. We're getting stuck on P2/P3. Raids: We have both heroic raids on farm. 24 hour 0 damage rule on both to let all members get rewards. Currently launch and open damage time is at 9:30pm est, but subject to change (latest it will ever be, could be as early as 6:30pm est)
HRR - lasts about 20-30 minutes once opened to damage. Typically launch 3x a week. Anyone with 7* Han is asked to complete a single phase to allow others to get more shards.
HAAT - lasts about an hour to 1.5 hours. Typically launch 2x a week.
TB: We got 31 stars on last DS TB and 32 stars on LS TB. Big push for DS toons recently and hoping this TB pushes us to 33+ on the current event.
1. Participate in all phases. We coordinate how many toons we have among the guild to know where to assign toons in platoons for maximal benefits.
2. We coordinate to max out the points by blocking portions off. We slowly open them based on completion. It is NOT a free for all. You are expected to complete battles within the first 8-10 hours

Tickets - it is expected that you strive for 600 daily tickets. Life does happen and we understand, but that is the goal. The absolute minimum is a weekly avg of 500.
Line: we use the Line app for communication purposes. We have different groups for each area of the game. You are only required to join one group, the rest are optional.
We enforce all rules. There is a 3 strike policy in place for each month. If you get 3 strikes, you will be asked (forced) to leave the guild

Miss a TB phase (battle or deployment)
Miss a TW
Fail to earn at least 500 weekly avg tickets
Totally miss a raid (didn't do 0 damage)

2. HAAT -- Launches approx. 3 times a week. We do a 24 0 damage phase to ensure everyone receives rewards. After the first 24 hours it is a free-for-all
3. Territory Battles -- As of now, there are no requirements for territory battles as long as you participate and follow whichever strategy we announce in our Telegram Announcement channel. Last territory battle ended with 33 stars, and we hoping that new members are interested in helping us achieve more stars
4. Territory Wars -- We have achieved incredible success in territory wars, with a record of 8-2 over our last 10 wars. We hope that new members be willing to participate and help us continue this track record of success

Currently, we are completing Heroic rancor and Normal AAT raids. Raids are opened at ~10pm whenever we have enough tickets. 24hrs no dmg rule applies on Heroic rancor, after which low hitters who deal dmg < 1 mil hit at 10pm, high hitters who deal dmg > 1 mil hit at 11pm and soloists are only allowed to post dmg after 11.15pm. We are also rotating rankings to allow those without 7 stars Raid Han to earn their shards faster. Normal AAT no restrictions. We are gearing towards HAAT but we need stronger players and more coordination. Previously was able to reach P3 of HAAT.
Territorial Battles: We are getting about 18 stars each in LS/DS Territorial Battles.
