[Feb] Monthly login achievement bug [Merged]

I had already logged in every day in 2months and i still wonder why i still cant claim the achievement. Anyone with the same problem?

Even though I have logged in every day in February, my IG-86 does not reflect the character shard rewards collected for this month. That character is showing only 8 total, when I have already claimed 17 in the February daily rewards as of 2/25/2016.

I joined last month and haven't got it yet. I've logged in every day this month, could the extra day from the leap year be why I haven't go it this month?

Yes same here, logged in for about 50 days including all Feb, got shards but no 350k and I need it for promotions, not happy

I playing from 28th january (every day). I think, between 28 january and 29 february > 1 month. Where is my 350k gold?

I also started playing in the beginning of January, played every day jet did not get my monthly award. I also have given them money 5 times, almost 80 dollars. I am not happy right now.

The fact that they have an extra day award for leap day tells me that is not the problem.

I have never recieved the reward either, logged in daily since mid december. I´m on an Android, is that the issue here? More people with Android that never recieved the reward?
