Just received a reply from tech support. They say that they don't have the ability to confirm that I logged in for the month, so they can't investigate, and thus cannot compensate me. Kind of sad.

Yep, same here. Support said they can't do anything about it and they closed the case.

I'm at over 70 days straight logging in and still no reward. Tech support blamed the leap year but I should of had it long before that.

I have the same problem I logged in everyday for the month of February and have not got my achievement, this is only a problem because I have not yet unlocked this achievement even in the past I have screens screenshotted the login to show for help and emailed technical services for assistance and was advised to come here I spend decent money in the game and with it not acting properly is making me lose interest in this game.

I logged in every day and got the daily rewards. Did not get the achievement credits though. Really annoyed.

Seems like for the past two months now, I've logged in everyday but at eom I never get the last login reward?
I'm not sure what the issue is but I would love for y'all to look into it and put a stop to it.
I don't want to miss out on this magma trooper due to some issue that the game has, and how to I get my rewards from the prior months?

Still no February achievement, I read in your release that you would be correcting this, but no indication as to when. I read the 3/3/16 notes on this issue and assumed it was in place. I still have not received my achievement. Please elaborate on the release of this patch and what to do if we still do not receive the achievement and 350K. Thanks
