Why isn't GL Rey a Jedi? Throughout episode 9 she is called a Jedi, she has the training from Leia, the Jedi Force Ghosts proclaim her a Jedi. So why doesnt she have a Jedi tag?

Look mate the movie had Leia training her, I can only say what happened in the film. And Leia did have some training from Luke that we saw in flash backs. Im just saying she called herself a Jedi, she was called a Jedi, and lets not forget her "I am all the Jedi" to go with Palps "I am all the Sith"

Some people had hope for another Jedi, especially there is a lack of usefull Jedi in GeoLS, but obviously she wont fill the slot.

The amount of books that there are with storyline for each character is ridiculous. When you get hint-drops alluding to things in the movies they are usually pointing to assumptions for backstory. Yes, in the movies there were paltry references to Leia's force prowess. There were decades of missing story in between movies that books fulfill.

She doesn’t really become a Jedi until she has the golden lightsaber at the end of EP IX.
If you say so (I don't remember), but the point is this isn't the final version of rey from the end of the trilogy
