Looking to Merge Makers of Destruction

Title says it. We have about 20-24 really active members with 3-4mil gp. We play a lot and it feels like we’re carrying. Scared to kick the other 20 because when we kick new people don’t seem to come. Owner is barely on and non involved. As people have fallen off it feels like we’re going backwards, and we have some pretty cool people that want to progress. I’m here to fix this. Our 23 account for most of our 85mil gp so we’d be a boon to whoever has the room for us. We are not looking to move into the same situation, so we expect active players.
Looking for someone in a similar situation, with 20-30 people carrying that would be willing to absorb our core group. We also want 2-4 leadership roles for our half to have some sort of voice or representation but are willing to merge to your guild.
