Academy is where we monitor new members to make sure they meet the activity requirements before being moved in one of the divisions. It is also where we get to know the new members. TNR is like a big family of sorts. Think of Academy as kind of like that probationary period you would have on a new job to see if the fit is right, best analogy I can give. The goal is to have active members that all work together and help each other learn and grow in the game, and be a drama free place where all get along.
