I reckon Jar Jar should have the following abilities
Basic attack (ldiot): 20% chance to stun himself for 1 turn 60% chance to hit random enemy
Special attack (Complete ldiot): Run around in circles until he hits a random enemy, stunning them for 2 turns (cd4)
Special (Lucky Fucka): Jar Jar has +25% dodge and when ever he dodges that enemy is dazed.
Unique (Really Lucky Fucka): at the start of his turn Jar Jar has a 5% chance to kill a random enemy

Then there's C3PO:
Basic attack: wave at enemies, taunting for 1 turn
Special attack: Charm an enemy for 1 turn (cd5)
Passive: All other droids gain 15% tenacity
Unique: when C3PO dies, if a Wookie is present C3PO revives with 50% health
