We’re aware that there’s some issues with players who are on android devices when trying to log into Googleplay. Namely, they can't log in at all (i.e receiving a connection error) so posting your device info and ally code will not help in this case..We’re investigating this and will report back once we have more info.

This is not server maintenance, there is an issue where players are unable to login and ours server engineers are still working to resolve this.
You may see a notification when trying to log in that says there is Server Maintenance, this is due to the engineers trying to track down the cause of the login issue.
UPDATE - There are incoming reports of players who have been able to access the game, but please note that work is still being done and there is a chance you will still be kicked out of the game and start receiving error codes again. We will post an additional update once permanent fixes are in place.
UPDATE 02- Most players should be able to log in and have normal access to the game. Our team is working on the servers and monitoring them to ensure everything is running smoothly.

I am having a problem to where I consistently lose sim tickets multiple times a week. I'll lose anywhere between 10-30 sims tickets and I don't know why. And now I'm getting a message now to where I can't log into my account. It keeps saying connection lost(even though I have a strong connection) and tells me to restart the game. I even restarted my phone and it won't work
No, sorry. Commenting because I am having the same trouble. Would love to know why the app thinks there is a connection error when none of my other apps are having trouble. This is on my Android only.
Anyone else seeing "Loading Cantina" persistently? I've tried rebooting my iPhone, turning WIFI off, restarting the app, turning WIFI back on, killing the app, restarting, etc. Been happening for about half an hour.
I keep getting a message "Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account, or it has been 24 hours since you last logged in."
And i logged in maybe 2 hours ago and i even rebooted my cellphone and it keeps doing it, and i even turned off the Wifi and tried 4G LTE and still nothing.
I keep getting the google play sign in and then get dropped to "another device has logged in or its been 24 hours" session has expired message. Anyone else experiencing this?
I'm getting the same message. I play with two different Google Play accounts on the same device, and only one device, so there is no chance of someone else using my accounts unless there's a hack. But I doubt that is the case as this has been an issue in the past and it was determined it was a problem with Google Play. But we shall see.
