The Problem is still not solved. For me the problem exists since more than 28 hours...

I thought something was wrong with my Samsung galaxy note 3 so I sold it and bought a new phone a huawei p8 but now seems to be ok now but hope it doesn't happen again

Still got the problem that every time I open up sw a message pops where I can choose between playing as guest and with my Google Account and as soon as I click on the Google Play button it just pops up again and I cant log in..

It is winnable...everyday. Maybe bench the trash toons you are using and start farming the better ones.
I still can't login, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Neither my home Wi-Fi or mobile data works. At this point, I don't care about compensation. It has probably expired by now anyway. I just want my teams back.
I'm still having random issues staying connected to the game. I don't have any trouble with connecting to anything else on my phone at all. My WiFi is rock solid, but the game will just randomly get stuck loading into or out of a mission, into the store, the character screen, or into the guild section, just anywhere really.
From the other people reporting in this thread and my problems, it doesn't seem like this issue is completely resolved yet.
Today the game hung at going into the Allies screen. Had to force stop the game and then everything worked fine again. First issue I had since the Thursday crash. I figured it might have something to do with not closing and restarting the game since Thursday.

Just because I am curious... Why are there trash toons in the game? Could not a warning be put up in their names, e.g. 'Kylo Ren (don't bother to farm)" or "Darth Sidious (for those who don't want to ever win)"??
Why have a gazillion of characters of only a handful are any good anywhere?
I'mean still getting the Connection Error whenever I try to log on via Android/Google Play. Have tried several network connectionsecurity to no avail. Other games are working fine, Inc. Star Wars Commander.
Starting to feel like EA have taken the $40+ I'very thrown at this game and ran.
Ok for me it seems that if I connect through a wifi I am fine to play. And then I can play off data until the game logs out. But if I try to connect using data the the game won't let me connect to Google play and I cannot play. I get stuck at the play as a guest / sign in to Google play screen.
I logged in this morning for a few hours after resetting router, clearing cashe on game,google games and Google play services ..it worked till I went to use another app. Then the same error message about reloading. I spend at least 20 a 2eek and sometimes way more. I am getting tired of this.
@CG_Kozispoon First of all, thanks for FINALLY showing up (it just took you a week to do so, but hey, all of you guys must have been sick at once, so I understand). Now to answer your questions:

3 - Of course we have tried all those steps. What do you think we've been doing since September 7th? Not sitting on our hands, I tell ya. Besides, that article was deemed helpful by merely 12% of players, it never helped and will hardly help anyone now.
PS: We can't log in since the bug of September 7th. In my case I open the app and it starts asking me if I want to play as a guest or log into a Google Play account and as soon as I click on Google Play, the message closes and instantly pops up again.
Just updated to iOS 10 and when I started the game, it took me through the intro movie and tutorial again. My username is "Sojin". If I can't get my account back, with my Lvl 60 characters there is no way I'm doing that again. That was frikkin' tedious. I spent about $20 on the game too, what a waste of money (and time)

I don't have the chance to log with muy old account. Reinstall and a new account starts.
