Unbelievable. For a product that makes money, this is disappointing. For real. Ls tb did not have this problem. How many times did they test this, why did they drop the ball with this? Id be fired if i let a product out like this.

Don't bother contacting support. I did. They consulted a specialist. They just quoted what the DEV post said about waiting 24 hours. They told me to post on the forums. I told them the DEVS said to contact support. So what gives? Support said they cannot help anyone. Neither could a supervisor. So take it for what it's worth.

No, actually that makes perfect sense. Only those who were in-game at the time it closed didn't get rewards.

I never received my rewards in TB and the achievement to go with it. On top of that a bunch of my guildmates were planning to start a new guild today after receiving our rewards. I've been sitting on my energy, missing out on raids/tank so that i can possibly get rewards for the TB? A joke.
Still no rewards! I spent a lot of money on this game and thats the way you get threatened! I don‘t want to open a ticket... its not my fault... We want our reward, so fix that issue without forcing us to put any effort from our side in this matter!

This is perfectly put.... If everyone let's Disney know exactly what is going on they will step in. Disney has always been about the public eye and really works to help it's customer. Everyone stand together on this and fight for what's right fully yours. Enough is enough especially for the ones who has paid alot of money and put in alot of time. I hope they fix this for you all because swgoh players really work hard for their rewards.

If you’ve ever ran a business you know unexpected things happen even with adequate testing. This is just a blip.
Before you jump on the talking point that they are a big company and should be better prepared consider the other side of the coin. They are a big company so you will see more problems than a smaller company experiences.
By the way, I haven’t received my rewards either so you can’t say this post is from a player that received their rewards.
I noticed that the developers have not said anything about the bug causing combat scores to register incorrectly. They have also not addressed the platoon bugs where required combat toons show up in Platoons for DS TB, as well as Hoth heroes. This cost everyone rewards, so let’s make sure it doesn’t just get swept under the rug.
So why is the 7 star Tarkin Event only awarding 15 shards and not 100 to get my Tarkin ship to 7 stars? Isnt it supposed to award 100 shards? Im confused.
All the 7 star ship events only award 15 shards. That’s the way they were released as they are a special event and not in the ship challenges like how we got them all to 6 star.
