We have a Hotfix slated for today that pertains to the following:
Bugs associated with Dark Side Territory Battles.
Territory War scheduling.
First Order and Resistance Faction Packs
These fixes will unfortunately require a Client restart, but we hope this advance notice will minimize any inconvenience for our playerbase going forward
For those still missing rewards, we've appraised customer Support of the issue and they should be able to assist you. We've included this in our upcoming Hotfix notes that're forthcoming.

Contacted EA customer support they are aware that some people still have not received their rewards. The guy I talked to was very friendly, he took down all my info and got me all set up with my rewards. He garanteed my rewards would be in my inbox by tomorrow at the latest. Just passing along this info to those who still haven't received their rewards.
Try calling them back until you get someone who knows what's going on. The guy I talked to knew exactly was going on and how to fix it. He took down my ally code, looked up my guild to see how many stars we earned and what rewards the other members of my guild received so he could send me the correct amount of rewards.
I'm getting about the same Orleans after being on hold for over an hour they said they had sent my case to a specialist and they would contact me via email within 72 hours. I knew when they didn't come to my inbox after the manual fix I was doomed. Oh well......
