No reward for TB ?! [MERGE]

    So what is the status on the Dark TB? I still haven't got any rewards whatsoever yet Ive heard some have after a restart of the app....tried that but no luck. Get your game together already EA............sheesh

    This is my first post. I created a profile just for this. After waiting, calling support after the supposed fix yesterday, I still have yet to get my dark side tb rewards. I have done everything that was mentioned to do as far as restarting client, deleting and reinstalling game and still havent received my rewards. I, as many other, have put alot of time and money into this game. Can you please help fix this.

    I would also like to mention people in my guild and my alt account have also received their rewards. But my main account has not.

    If you haven't recieved your rewards through the fix yesterday and you are now dealing with EA customer support. You might as well just accept the fact you are never going to receive those rewards.

    Players are reporting that the compensation rewards detailed in the 11/30 Hotfix notes have been submitted to inboxes. Please be sure to pick them up!

    Dark Side Territory Battles Rewards
    For those who have waited after the fix and after restarting the game and have not received rewards, please submit a ticket with EA Help and detail that you believe that you are missing Dark Side Territory Battle rewards post fix. Some notes!
    • Please file a ticket with EA Help via 'Missing Content'.
    • Open a singular ticket. Support will do their best to get to each player as soon as possible, but if you have not heard anything by tomorrow, follow up in your original ticket.

    My ticket was closed and marked as resolved but still no rewards. So i need to open another ticket that will be ignored and marked closed-resolved? @CG_Kozispoon

    This is unbelievable. Now we have to work AGAIN for our rewards? Have you dealt with your own customer support?

    I talked to support yesterday and they opened a ticket and said if I didn't receive my rewards by tomorrow call them back. Well today is tomorrow and I still haven't recieved my rewards so I called them back. Can you guess what they told me? If I dont receive my rewards today call them back tomorrow. I have a feeling support is just going to keep us in an infinite loop of call back tomorrow until we just get fed up and say forget it.

    At this point, 500 crystals and less than a quarter of the event currency is meaningless compared to the amount of gear I haven't been able to buy the last couple of days. The idea of waiting a day on another email or another pointless half hour or more spent waiting on the phone and talking to someone, whose english was barely understandable, does not feel worth it either.

    I also didn't get rewards. I opened a ticket, got a callback, had ticket escalated to a specialist who sent me instructions on how to clear an error trying to update the game. @CG_Kozispoon - support doesn't seem as knowledgeable about what to do as you thought in your post last night.

    After having three tickets closed without response, I reopened one, and requested a callback. After saying hello for two minutes while the guy who had called me talked to his coworkers in the background, I finally got a guy who told me he would escalate it. He was very appreciative that I had included my Player ID in my message, as most people don't remember to do that. I found it odd that he instructed me to not reopen the ticket if it turned out that the escalation didn't work, but instead open a new ticket.

    Still no rewards.

    Still no rewards and I contacted support yesterday after the fix and after they put me on hold for 40 minutes for me to have to ask again. They said that it would be fixed yet still nothing. @CG_Kozispoon

    Just received an email that my issue has been resolved. It has not been resolved at all. 52 hours later, no rewards in sight.

    I've still had no dark side TB rewards

    It's baffling to me that they seem so awful at simple stuff.

    There are still users of the game without dark side TB rewards, our tickets are being unanswered through EA help. @CG_Kozispoon sort it out

    Still no rewards for the same bug that occured to me from the LS TB on Nov 19. Talked to EA and used Answer yet no resolution.

    The specialists are supposed to respond by email within 24 hours of your ticket opening. I tagged Kozi when I got back an answer from the specialist that was unrelated to missing content, and she pm'd me to try to help. If you don't hear back in 24 hours I'd tag her in this message again.

    Still no TB rewards and also no response from the EA specialists after 2 tickets. I appreciate they will be busy with the likely number of tickets but the thing that annoys me is why they say they will reply within 24hrs and haven’t.

    Contacted EA Help again today after 24 hours has well passes. Still no rewards and they changed my case file to resolved when it has not been resolved. They said it is with a specialist and Imhavent heard anything from the specialist. Honestly, losing my patience. I would just like a response of how long it may take and not have to try ea help every 24 hours with no information.

    still waiting...at least they havent ninja closed my ticket again. these missing rewards have definitely cost me an upgrade or two this week. -_-
