yeh kozispoon may say all this and that in here but it isn't being communicated to the EA helpdesk because they still seem to be unable to understand i haven't received my rewards still. this is a complete joke and not one cent will be spent on this game until i get my rewards. lots of people in here still without rewards and you said it was a top priority yet when we raise a ticket the help desk doesnt seem to acknowledge that we have an issue
I'm French and we are the 7 December... Since the end of the battle dark side, i wait my rewards since this end... no rewards no rewards...
I have to send message to EA, somebody said " ok i send a message to technician EA", but no rewards...

Please let me share, most missing rewards were provided with a game fix on 11/30. However, we're currently investigating reports from players who are still missing their 11/29 Dark Side Territory Battle rewards after that fix. We don't currently have an estimated time on this issue, but once a fix is available, we'll post an update on the game forums with the details. We appreciate your continued patience on this issue and apologize for the inconvenience.

so there is no timeframe on when I will receive my dark side TB rewards.
I think this will just be forgotten about to be honest and it's a lost cause
I got a message telling me it was fixed a few days ago and then instructions on how to restart an Android if it does not show. I don’t have an android device. I have an IPhone and I reinstall it everyday hoping something happens. Still have not received anything yet but I am slightly disturbed that they think the issue has been fixed. I sent an email reply back but have not heard anything. A one sentence email telling me they are working on it would be nice.

So this is crazy. I don’t understand how there can’t be an update for this to everyone still missing rewards. I know I and others have missed chance to gear or Star up our characters because we’ve got no creds left. TWs don’t cut it either. Being in IT if I left my customers without updates for this long I would have been fired...
No rewards here either. Got email today from "specialist" saying they were working on the case but had no estimated time for when I would receive them. Also said he would show my case resolved in the meantime. Go figure......
@CG_Kozispoon I also just got an email from EA support specialist Aaron R. stating the fix was live and to restart my game. Just for giggles I once again forced the game closed and even went so far as to reinstall clean. Still no rewards. This is crazy and closing my ticket without confirming its resolved is the worst kind of customer service.
Just had a response from a specialist stating I got my rewards from the Territory War and listed them. I know I got those rewards. It is the Dark Side territory battle rewards I am still waiting on!
I didnt receive award for TW and working with EA support has been ridiculous. I told them what happened, what reward i should of received and they turned and asked me most of the questions i already answered. I then answered them point for point and they responded back since im not answering they cant help and you can see in the thread where i did. A different agent is tryinf to help but he has no clue either
