    we have been receiving similar kind of contacts from other players as well. The issue is known to us.
    A fix for this delay is now live. If you haven't received your rewards yet, please force-close and restart your game, and they will appear in your Inbox. We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience as we got this fixed.

    They have closed my ticket - still not received any kitten rewards - starting to get really annoyed now. I have reinstalled the game several times - its not going to chance anything at all.

    this is an absolute joke and im not spending another cent on this game until i get my rewards.

    No rewards for me yet. Also reinstalled the game to no avail. I raised two "report a bug" cases, the first on Nov 30, which was closed within that day. Then later on Dec 1, closed yet again. Then came CG_Cozispoon's update that instead of "report a bug" I shall file the ticket using "Missing content". I did accordingly, and this third ticket is still marked as "new".
    I could understand that there is minimal support during the weekend, but in that case CG_Cozispoon should have warned me that I might have to wait a little longer.

    Communicating that this issue has been resolved while it is clearly not is very disappointing.
    It would have been nice if support answered the first closed tickets with anyting, at least they should have pointed me to what CG_Cozispoon wrote in the emails. Instead, they closed without answering.

    Oh and I will definietely not be turning back any extras as an apology alongside the rewards! Just saying :smile:

    Still no email response, my call tickets were marked resolved. Do I continue to make more tickets @CG_Kozispoon ? This is beyond ridiculous now.

    Same. Even called customer support and basically got told "we're still investigating", even though numerous people in my guild received their rewards after the "fix".

    After opening 2 cases I don't know what else you expect us to do.

    All of you who have gotten canned responses from your support tickets from the specialists, reply to the emails stating that you have already force closed the game and your rewards have still not shown up. Be persistent, and eventually the specialist will ask for your ally code for additional investigation. That is where I am, but it is better than tickets that are closed with no resolution. @CG_Kozispoon - support is poorly prepared to handle the cases where we have force closed the game and restarted after the fix went live. Even the specialists are giving the instructions that informed players have already taken. They don't seem to know what to do. I know that you are following up with PMs with some of us, but we need a better path to resolution. The lack of Guild Event currency and gear is impacting our ability to farm characters like Wampa and to place G12 pieces on our characters. This is in turn impacting our contribution to our guilds in Territory Wars and soon the upcoming Light Side Territory Battles. The group of players on this thread deserve some extra compensation for how we have been impacted by what is going on a 4 day delay in receiving our DS TB rewards. This is not right.

    Yeah two days since the fix that didn’t fix everyone’s rewards and no word from the so called specialist that is supposed to help. They keep sending my case number as resolved when it’s not resolved.

    No rewards yet. Already contacted support.. received a canned response.. (they actually confused DS TB with the Rey promotion. Probably wrong copy paste?)
    Opened a new case.. but i already accepted that i won't receive anything..
    That was a fun territory battle #not

    I waited for the 24h after tb for the fix, then I had a ticken open for >24h, with no response, then I let EA call me, the guy was friendly and tried to help me, on his data it showed that I got the rewards for the DS TB already, but after he looked into my account, he acknowledge I didn't get them at all. Then he told me they would investigate further and email me later.

    an hour later, his email said in rly bad german language: " ... Wir haben uns das Konto angeguckt und festegestellt, dass Sie nicht berechtigt auf die Belohnung sind, weil Sie die Gilde "..." in den selben Tag eingetreten haben eingetreten.
    Territory Battle abgeschlossen: 11/29/2017 8:00pm GMT+0200 Gilde eingetreten: 11/09/2017, 5:20:31pm GMT+0200

    Ich wuensche ihnen einen schoenen Tag noch!" which is just a big nonsense from the beginning to the end. He is telling I am not aligable for the loots because I joined while the Tb was going. I even sended screenshots from the rankings of our Tb. The dates above clearly show that I did not join during the Tb and he posted those himself. Called again and now another investigation will take place .... no eta and no response >24h again

    Exactly the same as you folks. Just got the copy pasta response and my ticket was closed despite the issue clearly not being resolved. Disappointed to say the least

    So I messaged EA about no Territory Battle rewards and get this response!!!!!

    I realize that you didn't get Rey/ Crystals gift for a gift card you purchased. Please do not worry. I'll do my best to address your concern.

    I would request you to please post on our official forum as they are the ones that can only answer you for this issue. Please login to the forum and find for the profile of our moderator EA_Jesse or CG_LucifersDaddy. Once found there is an option to send personal message.

    And then they closed the ticket!!!!!

    Edit : And now another response saying you need to force close the app. I feel like I am flogging a dead horse.

    Edit: another response saying they will look at it but can’t say how long. I think I will have to message them several times a day going forward.

    How about you guys just generate a random 48 star reward package for those of us who are pushing five days without rewards and send it out. This would have been the first place your minds went if there was any interest in making this right.

    So I'm going on 2 weeks for my missing LS TB rewards from a similar issue. Crash and reset when in game as TB ends.

    At least he didn't add a Dark Side Tom Brady added to your accoun I hear that's hard to get removed.. But hey they are hard at work determining all the players that did the platoon thingy I'm sure they will get around to this next week or the week after maybe at the latest... definitely before Christmas. I hope.

    I replied to my resolved case so it is reopened now and it has been forwarded to a specialist.... more than a day ago. I really expect that the issue will be resolved soon, especially that I have spent more money on this game than what a standalone proper PC game is worth.
    Hey CG_anyonewholistens, care to do anything?
    Maybe you should introduce a microtransaction button for solving issues like this quickly and properly. I hear EA is very experienced with similar solutions.

    HEY!! EA!!! Whats going on with you???? I talked to your hotline and she (hotline employee) just told me that she cannot see any issue regarding the rewards. I asked if she is joking and she told me that i have to accept that and hanged up??!! This is what you calling support?????

    HEY DEV´s it is time to answer this whole story with a professional feedback and not just with standard cr ap.
    I just can say this again.........THEY TOLD ME THAT MY COMPLETE GUILD HAVE TO ACCEPT, THAT WE ARE NOT RECEIVING ANY REWARD!!!! THIS IS YOUR SOLUTION???????

    I told the support that i already restarted my game around 30 times and installed it 2 times. Its more useful to talked to the plant next to me in my office than to the EA support
