Not going to leave any spoilers, but if you've seen ep 8 it is pretty clear it is pointing to a part with kylo and hux regarding who is in command and how kylo responds. I'd imagine hux is coming.
Hopefully a command ship comes with him.
Thought there was a line in the Rey event that says - who's in command - from phasma. If they plan to give us another phasma that would suck. If we get more FO characters - maybe hux? Fine.

And yes Maz quote "The belonging you're looking for is not behind you, it is ahead" was obviously about Jedi Rey.
It all were mentioned about one month beforehand.
EDIT: Sorry, couldn't have been more obviously wrong. I checked the dates of update notes. The period is more like 2 weeks rather than a full month.

No but you can buy the roster and specific characters needed to earn Currency to buy Yoda shards.
