    Not my department. I also am not an Apple user, so I'm not sure if it is done differently in other programs.

    If it is, then it should be here, but not sure how long it would be for them to make a change like that.

    Either soon or August is an acceptable answer. I do use my Iphone 6 for GOH and I always switch at the apple ID. Not sure if this is the game center, but if another apple user could help with some info, I would appreciate it too. I'd like to make the transition as quick as possible.

    In my opinion, we have the right to show all the issues regarding lack of rewards and the right to complain in the forum.

    I reached out to Support, and was told to wait 2 more days. I'm hoping there's some type of compensation for all of this @CG_SBCrumb, especially having missed out on the rewards during Double Drop weekend.

    Still no rewards.. can someone please help me? I have sent several emails and just got off the phone with someone from support and no one seems to know what they are talking about and are unable to help me. Am I going to get my rewards or not? This is very frustrating and no one can give me an answer. I have provided support with my player ID and ally code, why isn’t that enough? Why do I still not have my rewards? I’m starting to ge very frustrated and confused. I feel like I am never going to get my rewards.

    I haven't received my TB rewards yet either. I've failed multiple tickets since Friday, I've spoken to 4 or 5 reps and gave them my player ID. No one seems to be able to help me.

    This isn't fair, I couldn't get my wampa an extra star for two TWs that happened recently.

    I understand a temporary server overload causing people not to be able to login for an hour or two - that's an inconvenience. But this situation here is a disaster on so many levels and the only somewhat competent response we got is from a single dev thread, which I actually had to search pretty hard for to get any sort of answer as to what is going on. Contacting EA is meaningless because customer service doesn't even know what going on and the dude I talked to even mostakened the TW rewards we got recently for the TB rewards I was supposed to get. Omggggggg
