The bigger question here is why are people running the challenges already? Dont they like guild tokens for completing the daily challenges guild activity?

Because we were promised an offset if we did them early!

Awww shucks....I missed that thread

GA rewards over the cancelled time frame would be an average of 2 Zetas. We have 3 double drop days for the fleet materials. I can bet the vast majority of people will get 2 bonus Zetas when they combine the bonus drops for the 3 days.

Probably. The point is though, that if even only 1 single person got 0, it's unfair. Why should that person have their rewards subject to rng? it's basically a forced lottery.
I personally don't care, but I just don't understand all the rage over this.
When y'all flip a coin, or buy a lottery ticket, or go to a casino, or play D&D and roll dice and don't get the result you want, who do you blame then?

The issue is we didn't choose this. If you buy a lotto ticket, of course it's on you. However this took away guaranteed rewards, then gave some ppl back the same, some more and some less.
I'm actually kinda with you, and dont really care, but I do see the issue, and people have the right to be upset.
I haven't listened to the full podcast, but I could have sworn that the thing I didn't actually listen to mentioned that I should get a full zeta on the first on the month as well! I think I saw someone mention it somewhere that Carrie absolutely mentioned it then. If only I had the time link, but Oh Well, you just have to believe me.

Again just so everyone is clear... if they go to a guaranteed 1 drop... getting 2 will be like getting 7 carbantis.... (for me and my luck 2>0 every time).
I dont really understand why people dont understand the difference. Everyone knows what rng is but a lot of people (including me) just says that they lower the droprate during such events. No one is saying there is no rng. Jeez, that is simple.

Only if you claim them. You can fill the criteria and claim later.

Except 1/8 of the players don’t get a zeta for finishing last. Odds are that over the breadth of the community more Zetas will be ‘given’ out through the bonus drops than would be earned cumulatively by the community.
People are focusing on the wrong issue(s)- 6E mod material for winning each round are another story and the one thing the double drops don’t compensate.

Zetas are the rarest resources in the game, and the most game-changing. They are also the only resources that can’t be bought with crystals, no matter who you are. Nothing is more important than zetas, that’s why this absurd lottery is so offensive.

I was nodding my head in agreement, assuming you were reeling off all the reasons why zetas should be hard to farm, and then I got to your last sentence.
I got 6 Zetas and 0 omegas, it's funny how in this state of the game your pull is actually better than mine. I have over 120 Zetas but I have less than 100 omegas currently so it's all about perspective

Also got 0/8 zeta mats.
Poor way to make good, would rather there wasn’t double drops on zeta’s atleast then everyone would be in the same boat.
i see you've been missing some interesting news lately. Hint: it's patent related. If you need 1 more zeta to get to 20, droprates are not 20%..
But the lucky ppl gonna be peeved
1,3,2,4 IMO
Edit (1 is the 286 not the dude bruhs)
I'm sorry you got 0 in both but I don't think the game has been fixed this time.
Got evidence for this claim?
