Really I don't understand why they didn't add him yet...

They already missed the boat with giving us the Rogue One version. They could have kept Bistan and Pao, gave us three Chewy shards and an event to get Old Saw. But with newer version just recently on the shows, that would be nice.

But I’d really like to see Tarfful!!! That would be nice and could mesh well with ROTS if that’s the current focus.
