    But CG probably has 10,000 bot accounts running that all get 8% drop rate so somehow that will even out to 4% across all accounts, which makes it perfectly fine. I only need about 30 shards for 5* so it feels about the same rate as the MG-100? And in all this farming of the two ships I've gotten 2 omicron pieces, one from each.

    Not sure which of these is the one being tracked or looked at so I’ll drop my end of chase totals in both chats:

    Day 1: 1748 energy spent for 49 shards - 2.8%
    Day 2: 896 energy spent for 22 shards - 2.5%
    Day 3: 720 energy spent for 24 shards - 3.3%
    Day 4: 920 energy spent for 28 shards - 3.0%
    Day 5: 730 energy spent for 24 shards - 3.3%
    Total: 5014 energy spent for 147 shards - 2.9%

    97 from 3044 energy for 3.18%

    Had it been the 4% rate it should’ve been id be looking at 122 shards. So 25 shards short and had it been the actual 4% I would’ve invested more crystals to push 5*. However given the continual possibility of every new unit getting nerfed because CG refuses to test their game, I’m glad I didn’t.

    Final four attempts before end of event went 1/4, so 1/64 in terms of energy.

    1.5625% on 64 energy

    Final result 6/85.

    151 total shards. +33.3% (if the drop rate had been 4%/energy instead of 3%) would have been +50 shards, putting me at 56/85. That's a good start on that 6th star, but not quite enough to worry about pushing forward on. I would wait at least until it was available in shipments (random shard packs are too big a gamble for me).
