LV is not as nearly good as JML i'm not even talking about JMK

JMK can beat every team without CAT. JMK with CAT is whole other level.
LV without Maul teams can be beaten by GAS 501st much reliably than Rey.
You know a really neat idea to get his damage cranking way quicker has to do with his Dark Harbinger ability. Considering how quickly other GL’s can put out massive damage and how lacklustre LV’s Ult is, I think a slight tweak like follows would work nicely.

I think this is a unique way to not only utilise his enormous health pool but help him put out big hits much quicker so you’re not stuck behind tanks for 4 minutes until he’s absorbed enough Mastery.
Reminds me a bit of SEE and the epic "SEE definitely needs a buff" thread that ran for months

Agree with OP - LV is a tank,not an attacker.
They did give SEE a buff with the Great Nerf, though. Now he gains TM when enemies gain locked buffs, which makes him at least difficult to counter with IT. Plus Armorer’s existence.
I still think SEE definitely needs a buff, even if it’s more lateral.
They buffed SEE when they released Wampa's omicron...
