It happens quite often for me.. usually after CG has pushed a update of some kind but only on bluestacks.. i can fix it by clearing the cache

Never had or seen the EA connect button. have all the other and am connected to Facebook and apple. I raised tickets about this. only response I have had is a link on how to save game data! which connects to apple or Facebook! its like they never actual read what the issue is. Very sad to be missing out on the daily drops for so long.

Unbelievable... been more than a year since this issue started and ea still hasn't sorted it out
I'm the new victim... tried going into the game and it started a new account... this has happened before and it has never been a problem because I've always had the connect option... now it's gone so now until it comes back my account is dead in the water
