EA Connect Button Disappeared?

Hi everyone
Never had this button either and I need to switch phones in order to send my device for repair in time (warranty up until may 4th)
I ve been trying to contact EA help for 10 days now,nothing happened
Please please,I would really appreciate any help

I used to have the connect button and now I don’t anymore. I reached out several times and EA Help doesn’t seem to do anything about it, or they are unable to. Hoping that it can get resolved so I don’t miss out on the May the Fourth rewards. Any help would be appreciated.

All of the calendars and packs are "webstore exclusive" according to the dev post... Guess May 4th will be a little less interesting this year

I’m guessing this is an issue for my son’s account based on it formally falling under the age restriction. He has access to chat now so we know the account is partially fixed but he still doesn’t have access to the EA connect button.
