Rancor Countdown Not Working Right

I seen several instances of the Rancor eating my team members when there is still one round left on his timer. In one instance today he ate my last guy with a count of one on the skill and then he ate someone from my next team on the first round.

This issue happens also happens with the other skills some times, but the devour isn't recoverable from...

I had Rancor eat on of my toons with 3 on his devour cooldown once. Must of the time he eats when cooldown is still on 1.

I noticed it too but thought I was just a noob and didn't understand how the devour ability works. Also notice that Gam Captain summon is supposed to be on cool down at start of battle but isn't sometimes.

Cd is only for your first attempt, then you continue from where you left. Other than that there seems to be quite many bugs in raids overall, yet another unfinished content launched to us beta-testers.
Most of all i hate that raids are another rng-fest where you can retreat unlimited times for the best result, which makes it harder for ppl with RL to compete if you dont have the time to spend hrs trying again.
