I am waiting for it to be fixed because it's broken! When should we expect the fix? Whoever made the event, you should try to complete it without Barris/Ashoka. Do you guys even know/play your own game?

Thats not a challenge, its gambling. And if i want to do this, i rather go in a casino instead of wasting hours of my life to get an additional star on a bunch of pixels.
People just mad because they can't complete it. Probably bad tactics/rng. Persist and complete, don't just moan and hope someone else fixes your problem.

New Yoda Event is impossible to complete. Yes it was too easy before, but now it's way too hard. I wasted a lot of time building five 7* jedis for nothing. Not cool, fond some compromise between too hard ans too easy please.

All I'm seeing from the people who say it isn't difficult or that they finally got it is that they all share one common denominator...Barris. For those of us who chose a different jedi to round out our squad, this is going to be, most likely, an impossible feat. Barris is nearly required here, and that's just not okay. Dangling Yoda in front of everyone's face, giving us a goal of five rank seven Jedi, then saying, "Well you chose the wrong Jedi, good luck when this event comes back around or pay us several hundreds for the resources to pour into ANOTHER toon you didn't want to level up in the first place."
nope. You need a good combination, I beat yoda without beating sidekicks first and I didn't use Baris, even though I have her at 7* max gear. I wanted offense not health.. I used 3 healers, JC, Lumi and Ahsoka, and then sprinkled in some QGJ and Old Ben at the lead.. it wasn't hard, took me a few tries but hardly requires Barris.
Sounds pretty bad, they shouldnt have pushed it that far since the cap isnteven at 90 yet.
Last time when cap was still 70 there wasnt much challenge to it and i got my yoda, but it isnt right to make it from easy to unbeatable, like seriously wte were you thinking?
Just keep making noise and they'll have to come around its not like yoda is a must have but i've been enjoying mine for months so im happy to support you who dont to be able to get him.

I am over 200 tries now including retreats and the RNG was NEVER in my favor! How much shall i persist more? When can i expect a string of dodges like the AI gets using Lumi lead? Why are you making events 100% based on RNG?

The 5* is just as bad. Came home to my kid crying because he thought he was going to get Yoda on Thursday. He has a 6* 72 Lumi, 5* 70 JC, 5* Ashoka 70, 5* Mace 42. All G7 except Mace at G5. They just got wrecked. Convinced him that he should be able to get it if he just levels/gears Mace up this week but I don't actually have a lot of hope for that. We'll see.
Luckily he had saved enough crystals that he bought a chromium pack and pulled a full Darth Maul. He was still sad about Yoda but pretty pumped he got Maul. RNG saves the day.
It is all luck like most everything else in the game. I have a team of level 76-75 gear VIII all level 7 attacks and have not come close to getting Yoda in the red. I've read all the strategies I have beat down Barris and had her heal gone straight for Yoda, tried all basic attacks.
A guild member did get him or with Ben and Asoka, Lumi, JC and Eth. Said he got lucky and Ben was killed got Buffs dodge three Yoda attacks at the time he normal decimates your team in a row and was able to kill him. What kills me is he didn't have a toon over Level 72! All gear VIII and not even all basic attacks at level 7.
This isn't much fun for another star that will hardly provide any advantage else where in the game, grinding out five 7* Jedi was boring enough, time for something else.
It took me several attempts for like 2 hrs to the point of frustration and a anger thread but I took a break and try a little meditation and cleared my mind and found patience and then my team

I think it means that they doubled his damage to get through your protection. Unfortunately, this means that once your protection is gone (in one shot) he still does double damage and it only takes him one further to shot to kill a character. Or he simple one shot kills Mace, QGJ, EK and some others right from fully protected with a lucky crit.
And this is one reason why the whole protection mechanic is broken.

How is this possible as f2p to obtain 7* Yoda when i have Lumi, Mace, Qui-Gon, Consular & Eeth at gear 8 almost full? That you have done with Yoda 7* challenge is just ridiculous...
Others have done it nothing to do with F2P, just keep working at it.

ALL games are RNG.. I don't where you people think this is different... ALL games have the same element of random number generation..
