Someone else already answered this question a couple posts above yours. LINE is a free app in case anyone is concerned about that. If you have iOS, you can download LINE via the App Store. I'm not sure how android users download it. There's also a way to use Google Chrome to run LINE on your computer if you are having trouble with the LINE app draining your phone's battery. I haven't tried this so I'm not exactly sure how it works. Hope that helps!
No worries! It's a messenger app on your phone. It's similar in nature to kik and whatsapp, but I think is a bit superior to them. It's free to download the app and get an account. Makes things a million times easier to communicate!
