I'm European player and I get bonus cantina energy at noon. So I don't think it's a common issue...

Update is good, long time did not go to the game, and then held her for a couple of hours. Thanks to the developers.

Little late for the comment, but I am very happy with the last update. Thanks for the devs.
Since the change of course after the mods introduction, many issues have been addressed and some new features are not just a money grab! I am enjoying the game again!
Two thumbs up.
