In order to get that the health of Maul would have to be at ~1 million. That is a lot of attacks to get there.
Assuming 15k attacks that is 1500 max health gained per attack. That is 666 attacks to add 1 million heath. (yes I know he starts with some health but I liked the 666 number)

Yeah from his unique he gains 10% Max health equal to the damage he deals.
The dude said he could just auto the whole raid at that point.

No amount of health will save Maul from being devoured.
