The majority of our members have been together pretty much since guilds began, and the attitude in our guild is very friendly, helpful and laid back. We have a max damage limit on T7 rancor for the first 24 hours, then a free for all after that. Our members are spread around the world so we rotate raid times and aim to give everyone a chance.
