We would like to form 2 guilds with the aim of defeating the Heroic AAT. We routinely crush the Heroic Rancor and the Normal AAT. Our roster is nearly full with regulars, but we need more strong players to add to our depth.
Our plan would be to take the top players from each guild into ours to defeat the HAAT, while the other guild would run against the Normal AAT and Rancor. We would regularly rotate the lower players through the main guild to allow them to get Kenobi shards.
Our leader recently called it quits after a bunch of high-level players decided to bail on us. So we are now looking for another squad to merge into. W have around 17-21 players that are active. We currently are a top 100 guild that is running Heroic Rancor 3 times a week and HAAT twice a week.
We have a strong, stable roster of players (men and women) from around the world (mainly European) who all pull together to achieve good results in the raids. Both raids have a 24hrs zero score period and then go FFA. Rancor tends to last 15 minutes and the HAAT goes down in a few hours.
We are creating a second guild (Mandalorian Madmen) as a sister guild with the aim of growing it to be just as strong as our main guild. Mandalorian Madmen will be run, initially at least, by a team of officers from Mon Cala so you will know you are part of a team that knows how to get results.

Having come from a smaller guild previously and going through the growing pains of trying to get enough guild energy to actually do something I can speak from experience that it sucks. We are doing 4* rancor raids 1x a week in order to accommodate our lower level members while running a 6* rancor 1x a week for the higher level group. Currently we are finishing up a NAAT and looking to move towards HAAT but want to make sure we have the right team in place beforehand.
