It worked for me. Don't click on the blue "link". Think of the Twitter post as the link and touch somewhere else. Like a picture.
All that did was take me to the Twitter page. Why would I need to click on something anyway? They have my os. It's not something droid users had to do to access their events.

Must have a twitter app for this to work guys, I clicked on the pic then the second link in the post in the pick and it took me to he redeem part in itunes like you are redeeming a itunes card.
Once you get to the tweet, it opens the App Store where you can redeem the code. Then you get him in the mail a few minutes later.
Ok so I clicked on the link and it brought me to the App Store. Do I have to do anything else or is mine just not working?
Click redeem again.
Sorry to be annoying but I'm not seeing any "redeem" button. Here's what I did: I clicked on the tweet in the thread and it brought me to Twitter, I then clicked on the second link which brought me to the App Store but then nothing happens. Thanks so much for helping me btw

Ok, as an apple user I think this is a good thing. However, followed the link and redeemed the code but lando is still sitting at 60/80 shards. I tried again and it said the code was already redeemed, no lando. Any tips?
Ok I got him! It came in the mail. One huge problem though.... He is only 2 stars... He normally requires 80 shards to unlock him at 4* right? So now I have him at 2 stars and 60/25, after promotion, I now have him at 4* and 5/65. that seems strange. I guess I shouldn't complain about free stuff. In reality, you get 25 shards for lando but get to activate him at 2 stars.
And to be honest, the credits and level III ability mats along with shards for multiple characters that you get in the android event is much better, but it's something and I am grateful.

- install the twitter app
- open this forum thread on your iphone/ipad
- click on the twitter PICTURE in the first post of this thread (not the link)
- click redeem on the next screen that shows up in twitter itunes
- open swgoh
- bingo
- delete twitter app (unless you want to keep it)

every code is unique to the device. if you try to claim another code, it'll say already redeemed
