Super annoying. Unabled to log in during final moment of a raid. Other members killed the rancor, was left with rank 19, thought, all characters were ready and could have gotten to the 1st rank.
EA just threatened me to not post any more negative threads because they are having chaos this morning and told me I have been warned and could be banned,... Really for posting saying the game doesn't work u threaten to ban!!! Wow stooping to new levels of customer service
Really nice timing for an update (that failed). 20 minutes before arena reward payouts, resulting in reduced reward
And i even spend gems to reset attacks to get the higher ranking, hence double loss of gems and no value gained .
PLEASE reconsider your update-timings EA. This just aint good enough for a company with that many ressources available.
