Rancor's "Enrage" Cooldown Timer Incorrect, T4 Raid

In addition to the several posts related to the Rancor using Devour before it should, I have also noticed that the cooldown timer for the Rancor's "Enrage" appears to count down faster than it should. However, from what I could tell, it still seems to activate on, or around, the Rancor's 15th turn. While it appears to be activating on turn 15, I have seen the counter zero out before my char escape was even available.
Also, before I had realized what was going on, I would use my escape far sooner than I normally would have, as I thought everyone was about to get wiped out. So, I have been jumping ship halfway through each run, missing out on a bunch of opportunities to do damage, because it appeared that the Rancor was about to be enraged.
