200k credits, 5 tier 3 mats, and 13 ayla shards with some random JC and JKG shards in total. Not bad but the promised possible rewards make it like a fraud

You purchase something here you have no clue what the odds are. "A high chance" to find something is meaningless without the odds and should be regulated like casinos are.

I actually think you are right. That is the definition of a switch and bait which is illegal. You can't advertise one thing and then sell another.
Impossible to get 2 mil in tier 3 without multiple refreshes which is not in the description of rewards and is contrary to all other events rewards that were advertised previously

It says possible rewards, not guaranteed rewards. Just like on packs it says possible characters, but you aren't guaranteed to get a character.
It really makes you question if these things are intentional or if they are just oversights that get released. Seems to becoming a lot more common though sadly.
It's pretty early on in the games life to start using these tactics and really makes me question the logtivity of the games life. You can release new characters we see that but what about adding some actual game content to use said characters?
The urge to contact apple and getting a refund and being done with this game is starting to become a real big discussion between lots of my fellow players lately. Some have already done it.
Either this was a bug in the rewards display - in which case we were inadvertently misled (but misled nonetheless) and a refund of the crystals should be expected.
Or this was a deliberate attempt to trick / mislead us with mis-representative information. In which case this is arguably much more serious (bait and switch etc).
I also spent 75 crystals hoping I could win 2 millions... Instead got a lousy 28 000. At this point, I accept any additional credits, but the description is clearly misleading. What do these guys are thinking, seriously...

If I put out a contest where I advertise the winner could possibly win a lexus but then I do not give a way to actually win that lexus and people spend money based on the false advertising, then that is illegal. At least in the USA it is. I would assume that's also the case in other countries.
