This is getting beyond a joke now. The EA specialists (can we really call them that) just want to fob us of with messages saying read the forum or get EA Jesse CG Lucifer etc etc to resolve it. Someone needs to get a grip of the so called specialists and tell them what the issue is and only they can sort it out. I can see everyone on the previous posts getting the same treatment and we are all getting very annoyed.
Edit : And now they have fobbed me off with a small amount of guild store currency even though they were going to send guild event currency. It gets worse and they really need a talking to.
What would be nice to hear is if something is actually going to be done about it. Wonder if the mods on here can tell us if it is being looked at or if we are wasting our time?
My ticket hasn't been closed its just says in progress for the last four days. I also haven't heard a word from them. No email or nothing.
It's probably because it's marked as "Resolved" in the forums and since we're the private minority, there's not a concern anymore.
Well I still have some hope. Kozi sent me a message asking for my ally code and ticket number and said she would try to find out what's going on.

She reached out to me and a couple others. You guys might want to try reaching out to her and let her know you're having the same issues with support.
The only reason I haven't is because I am 100% sure that her forum messages are probably just.....outrageous lol. I don't want to be a bother, especially since she's one of the good ones!
Same status here as hynes, nearly 3 days since the escalation of the ticket without responce or notification, ally code is 931-348-318 if anyone of @CG_Kozispoon or the @CG Team can help.

I still do not have credit for the star count on the achievement, however. The rest of my guild is 30 stars ahead of me.
I know I complained, poked fun at, and bumped the thread with occassional comments of dissatisfaction but I do appreciate your efforts in fixing this!
