UPDATE
Further investigation has shown there may have been an issue with the proximity between Territory Battles ending and Territory Wars beginning which caused a problem in the dispersal of rewards. As we review this further, this will require some more time, so our initial 24 hour window will need to be extended.
What this means for our players:
For now, players do NOT need to go to EA Help.
We’re prepping to implement a manual fix to disburse the proper rewards for Dark Side Territory Battles to the players that did not receive them..

I added some boldface to Kozi's post to underline what's happening here. To most of you, this won't come as a surprise, but we are being told to play the waiting game, which is one of the best torture instruments humans have.
Having to wait is a double edged sword: it's providing hope, it's that glimpse at the horizon, the light at the end of a tunnel. BUT it also causes a great deal of uncertainty, which is one of the most dangerous states for the human mind.
Uncertainty results in making rash decisions. It's also a negative spiral, in which tension is build up. All psychologists know that the first thing to do to help their patients is to build up a fundament based on certainty, like rules, boundaries and agreements.
So, what exactly is happening here? An incident occurs, no biggie, stuff happens. We're being told to take action (restarting, reinstalling) and have a momentary wait, that's good because it gives us hope. Than we're being told to wait 24h, that's the waiting game right there! Why 24h? What will happen in this in-between period? What will happen AFTER if it doesn't get fixed.
Now we're being told to wait even longer, and worse, not to ask for help during this waiting period, what was initially promised. Not smart, because more uncertainty and more tenstion builds up since hope gets smaller and frustration grows.
This psychological game will get worse and worse. I, with my best intention, advice CG to take some action. Like a small compensation to at least acknowledge the fact that something went wrong. And yes, this should be sent to all, since not only players but guilds as a whole are taking damage bc of this. Such a compensation "breaks up" the waiting game, because of the acknowledgement something went wrong.
My second point of advice would be to be clear in WHAT will be compensated? Do players receive generic compensation or will players get what their guildies got?
Third, set an ultimatum for yourself and be transparant about it. Promise us to compensate between now and 8h (end of workday) and when you fail to meet that deadline, be honest about it and again provide a small compensation for not being able to fix it.
No need in pretending having it under control if you haven't. And YES there is a need to claim being in control when you are!
Take the psychological dmg out of the equation in handling this incident. You did so well in modgate, why do so poorly now?
everything missing still, 6th day, the ea hotline is a disgrace, not a single answer yet, one guy on the phone told me to not open a new ticket but instead follow up the original one, now another woman told me to open a new ticket cause the original one gets taken out of the queue if I follow up on it, gr8. Both talking broken German.......

Do we have any eta and news on this issue @CG_Kozispoon for the remaining people who did not receive their rewards + achievement still? The very first time the fix rolled out some people got their rewads, but alot of people were left behind WITHOUT any notice for 3 days. 3 days of absolute silence about this issue and the ea support did not help at all besides following up to the "specialist team" which didn't answer for another 72+ hours. The ds tb was a week ago and the next one is comming soon already.

This is just out of any professional way to treat an issue. A mass of people missing TB rewards. Beside this, other known issues (TW ties, achivements bug, DS TB) are there. I really don't understand why not top priority is to fix the bugs and issues. Maybe EA forgot this game exists because of players?
I had few open cases. They closed all except one. But not all were about TB Reward. Very legitim topics were wiped out. Sad...
Still waiting on my rewards/compensation. Had an email on Monday asking I not update the case as that reverts case to an adviser rather than a specialist and case may take some time. How much longer should I wait before pursuing further? @CG_Kozispoon
I wouldn't send anymore tickets in if you already have one in. Technical support told me yesterday that my earlier tickets were marked resolved because I had newer tickets with the same issue. If the only ticket you have in has been marked resolved then I would def send another.
As soon as they get the rewards out to everyone, yes, it would be appropriate to close this thread. Apparently that is an absolutely titanic thing to ask of them, though.

I've done a followup in the ticket about that, just in case.

And sure, still no TB reward, so far.
I wouldn't do that. I received a response that multiple cases causes delays on their end.
