I'm unhappy with the purchase pack being all four lumped together. It's very likely going to be at least $40, which is a lot to shell out. It would have been better to have the pilot packaged with the ship if not making them available individually. There's no reason to put them all in the same pack unless you want to force me to buy two or three characters that I don't want/need to get the one that I do. I like the $10 packs, but I'm going to have to pass this time (unless you actually do a cost reduction for having all four put together).
Did this client restart HAVE to get pushed with only about 10 minutes remaining before the EST time zone arena payout? This push blocked me from completing my arena climb (because I wasn't on Wi-Fi to download the update, so I got effectively locked out of the game unless I wanted to update via cell network) and cost me 2 arena tiers. To add insult to injury, it happened immediately after I had refreshed my attempts, costing me an extra 50 crystals.
These updates usually get pushed right AFTER the top of the hour, which is a lot more reasonable. What gives?

I am really excited for some more 3 star heroes to show up in my inventory, oh you say they actually do cool things, I can't wait for the next movie in 2018 so I will be able to finally see that .....

Being a long time first order player, I'm excited for the additions. However , the change to kylo Ren's lashout nerfed him significantly. The bonus 50 percent critical damage but no criticals is definitely not adding up. My lashout is now doing 4k damage compared to the 7-9k it used to do pre change. I haven't changed mods either.
they have a Marquee, then they go to Chromiums and Crystal Shipments, then 6 months after that they go to an event like Wicket and Mother Talzin, and they repeat those every month. You also get 10 shards per event.

NEW CHARACTERS
This month Kylo Ren is unmasked! This release includes his ship, the TIE silencer, the First Order Special Forces TIE Pilot and his ship, the First Order Special Forces TIE fighter. These units are perfect for crushing the Resistance!
Kylo Ren (Unmasked) gives the First Order a survivable Tank whose ability, HALT, can Stun his opponents for 2 turns. SCARRED increases his survivability by reducing how much percent Health damage he takes and let him recover Health and Protection. Finally, his Leader ability, MERCILESS PURSUIT, gives First Order Increased Speed, Critical Damage, and Turn Meter gain on Critical Hits.
His ship, the TIE silencer, is a ruthless attacker with the ability to Stun opponents who have 50% Turn Meter, or more. Additionally, this ship will gain stacks of Speed and Offense Up when damaging, or is damaged by, ships who have Target Lock.
The First Order SF TIE Pilot is an AoE attacker who inflicts Defense Down, gains Advantage, and focuses on disrupting opponents. His ship, the First Order SF TIE fighter, now brings consistent Target Lock for the First Order and, like its pilot, a significant source of AoE damage.
Kylo Ren (Unmasked) and the TIE silencer become the backbone of your First Order squad, while the First Order SF TIE Pilot and his TIE fighter bring more options to the First Order.

The new ability description for Kylo Ren's "Lash Out" is as follows:
Lash Out
Deal Physical damage to all enemies and gain Retribution for 2 turns. This attack can't Critically Hit and deals bonus damage equal to 50% of Kylo Ren's Critical Damage. First Order allies and allies with Advantage gain 25% Turn Meter.
With the introduction of the Kylo Ren (Unmasked), we needed to update Kylo Ren's Special ability "Lash Out" to prevent an exploitative strategy.
After much discussion between Design and the Game Balance team, our solution is to make "Lash Out" unable to score Critical Hits, but gain bonus damage based on Kylo Ren's Critical Damage. This way, Kylo Ren will still be able to benefit from Kylo Ren (Unmasked)'s leader ability and bypass any enemy effects that trigger on a Critical Hit, such as General Kenobi's "Soresu" and Barriss' Zeta Upgrade on her passive ability "Swift Recovery".

Fixed the description of Fearsome Foe II and III not indicating all of the granted immunities.

Why was there no 4th tier in the new First Order marquee events that usually pay out 25 shards as rewards? Usually we end up at 3* 15/30 shards for each marquee event toon. The $20 pack gives us 25 shards for each new marquee toon, sending them to 4*, 5/65 shards but this time, it would send us to the usual 3*, 15/30 shards.
