Just received an update stating he was added to cantina shipments.... Although I do not see him yet(probably when my cantina refreshes). Good news for f2p, and a sign they are about to add more toons. Although the new ones will probably be chromium only.

I'd caution people to be careful before spending a lot on him. He's wickedly OP at the moment and with an update coming the nerf potential is high.
